I just noticed, as I added our road trip books to my Books page (The Troop and Devil House) that at approximately 10:45 PM tonight I completed my 200th book of this blog. I also realized that I first started this blog in 2012: a decade of recommitting to reading! How awesome is that?
Road trip in question: weekend trip to Chicago to see Nick Lutsko perform. We also saw bones 🦕🦖💀, trains 🚊🗺🌃, some Midwestern friends ❤️🍻🏠, and of course lots and lots of food 🍕🍳🥗.
I am really hopeful that this summer will provide lots of reading opportunities, too! I have considered getting a hammock for this exact purpose but also 100% acknowledge I will most likely end up playing Animal Crossing and falling asleep in it. 😉
